okww Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the okww platform ("Platform") and every person who uses its services ("Member" or "you"). By using the okww website, mobile application, or any related service, you automatically agree to these Terms.

These Terms have been written in English for users in Bangladesh. If any dispute arises over interpretation, the Platform's interpretation shall be final. For any questions about the service, contact our 24/7 live chat or email support.

The following terms used in these Terms have specific defined meanings:

2.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The okww website, mobile app, and all related digital services.
• "Member" — A registered and active user who operates a personal account.
• "Account Balance" — The total funds held in a member's account, calculated in real currency.
• "Bonus" — An incentive amount granted by the Platform, which may be withdrawn once specific wagering requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process.

2.2 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any other currency will not be accepted.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on okww, members must provide accurate and complete information. Full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must be entered correctly. Providing false or incorrect information may result in the account being cancelled at any time, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Opening or operating more than one account is a violation of the rules and may result in all accounts being closed. Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network also falls under this policy.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or in specific circumstances, the Platform may request identity verification. This may require submission of a government-issued ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete.

3.4 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account secure. Passwords must not be shared with anyone, and if unauthorised access to the account is suspected, support must be notified immediately.

All okww services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Opening an account as a minor is strictly prohibited. The Platform may request proof of age at any time. Providing false age information will result in the account being cancelled and the associated balance may be forfeited.

okww does not provide services to residents of countries or regions where online gambling is illegal. It is entirely the member's own responsibility to comply with the local laws of their country or region.

5.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on okww can currently be made through: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

5.3 Transaction Validity

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a method registered in the member's own name. Payments through third parties or suspicious transactions will not be processed, and the account may be subject to investigation in such cases.

5.4 Transaction Errors

If an incorrect transaction occurs due to a technical error, the Platform reserves the right to correct it. If a member receives excess funds due to an error, returning those funds is mandatory.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 Regular Promotions

okww offers various regular promotions, including:

• okww Weekly Deposit Gift — 20% deposit bonus, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳200. This bonus can be claimed once per week on any day you make a deposit.
• okww Friday Special — 30% deposit bonus, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳200. This special bonus can be claimed once each Friday when you make a deposit.
• okww Cricket Deposit Bonus — 25% deposit bonus, up to ৳6,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳200. This bonus can be claimed once per day when you deposit to participate in cricket markets.
• okww Birthday Reward — reward up to ৳1,500; wagering 10x. This special reward can be claimed once per year during your birthday month.
• okww Refer a Friend Reward — reward up to ৳2,000; wagering 12x. This reward is given for each successful referral when a new member joins through your referral link.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in your own account.
• Misusing bonuses or claiming them through fraudulent means may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• There may be restrictions on using bonuses in certain games or markets.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for each promotion has been met.

7.1 Finality of Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if a bet is voided due to a technical issue in the Platform's system, the stake will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports markets include cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, and other popular sports. Match results and statistics are verified from independent sources. If a match is abandoned or suspended mid-way, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

The outcomes of all casino games and slots are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely fair. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game applies as stated by the game provider.

7.4 Multi Bet

In a multi bet, combined odds from multiple events apply. If all selections are not correct, the entire bet is lost. Even one incorrect selection means the full stake is deducted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okww platform:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or placing bets with prior knowledge of an event's outcome.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities through the Platform.
• Opening an account using fraudulent identity or documents.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts without authorisation or stealing their information.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the Platform's systems.

If such activities are proven, the account will be immediately cancelled and all balances may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

9.1 Suspension by the Platform

okww reserves the right to suspend or close any account due to rule violations, suspicious transactions, incomplete KYC verification, or security reasons. Any legitimate balance in a suspended account will be returned after the investigation is complete.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account if they wish. They must contact support to do so. The member will have the opportunity to withdraw any balance before the account is closed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels that gambling has become a problem for them, they may request temporary or permanent deactivation of their account. More details about this option are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

okww makes every effort to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, the Platform's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, or other uncontrollable causes.
• If a member suffers a loss due to internet connection problems.
• If a loss occurs due to the member's own negligence or incorrect actions.
• If a problem arises due to a technical error by a third-party game provider.

For direct financial losses, the Platform's liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question. The Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

How we collect, store, and use members' personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. This information is not sold to third parties. However, specific information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by legal obligation or security investigations.

With member consent, limited information may be shared with trusted partners for payment processing and service improvement. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption technology.

12.1 Terms Updates

okww reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified within a reasonable period before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, members should first contact support via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English. If the matter cannot be resolved through discussion, further steps will be taken.

12.3 Applicable Law

The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the applicable regulations of the authority overseeing the platform's operations.
